Looking after Rowland Emett’s artworks is neither easy nor inexpensive. Each time we show the collection, there are costs to crate it, ship it and assemble it, costs to disassemble it, costs to maintain and store it, and costs to insure it. We are hoping to build a more stable base of patrons in order to preserve and guarantee the future of this masterpiece, and just as importantly, we are always on the lookout for anyone able to contribute their time as a volunteer!
There are several ways you can get involved…
1. Become a Patron
We welcome all contributions to help with the preservation and continued public display of A Quiet Afternoon in the Cloud Cuckoo Valley. As a patron, you can pledge a monthly sum of as little or as much as you want to pay, and you can receive special previews and behind-the-scenes access to any public exhibitions of A Quiet Afternoon in the Cloud Cuckoo Valley in the future. Visit our Patreon webpage to pledge a contribution at www.patreon.com/cloudcuckoovalley
2. Provide a Permanent Home for the collection
We would love to hear from you if you are able to help by providing, or finding, a permanent home for A Quiet Afternoon in the Cloud Cuckoo Valley.
This could be a museum space, a commercial business premises or just about any enclosed space with enough room – and ceiling height – to accommodate the collection, and where visitors can view and marvel at its brilliance. Let us know if you can assist us in finding a permanent home for the artwork.
3. Become a Volunteer
Can you help us to ship and install A Quiet Afternoon in Cloud Cuckoo Valley when it is next exhibited? Or help in showing the artwork to visitors? Let us know if you would like to become involved.
